The first full year of GADGETTO Products is over – 2021 – a year full of important decisions, insights, euphoria, setbacks, successes, and hard work. A true emotional rollercoaster – but what else can you expect in the first year of a new company?
Of course, the first attempt at tooling wasn't successful, of course, production processes had to be adjusted through several iterations, and of course, we've come up with what feels like thousands of improvements to packaging, descriptions, and other aspects. And quite clearly: raising awareness of a product and drawing attention to such an important issue, one that many people aren't aware of because they don't understand the dangers of unsafe power supplies and potential malfunctions, is anything but easy!
The good news was that the founding duo of GADGETTO Products already had experience in building a company and the necessary ambition to develop the business with a long-term vision. And now it's time for us to review the first full year:
We received our patent for the charging cable safety device in 2021, launched the series shortly afterwards, and now sell over:
- our shop,
- eBay
- Amazon and
- selected retailers. We are represented in:
- Pharmacies,
- Shops for baby and toddler equipment as well as
- Mobile phone shops
We have built great partnerships, made exciting contacts, and are constantly evolving. Our team grew significantly in 2021, and we greatly enjoy working together and pursuing our shared vision.
As the founder, it is more than appropriate for me to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported us this year. My thanks go especially to the fantastic team, both in the technical department and in sales and marketing.
